Sarb and Sam are brilliant to work with. Solutions focused and able to resolve a slight hiccup with the car that we purchased.We bought a car for my daughter through a trade me listing (Audi A3) for a reasonable price. After test driving and everything going well, we took the car off the lot. My daughter drove from Taita to Porirua to the smart car wash and when done and ready to leave, the car wouldn't start (ignition wouldn't turn over). This resulted in calling AA who diagnosed that the car battery needed changing and that the auto electrical components of the car needed a thorough check.The car was running fine during the test drive and check before purchase. Sarb apologised and then came to tow away the car from our home. Sam then prioritised our girl's car and organised to have an auto electrical engineer look over it, also changed tyres (with better tread) at no cost and refunded money we had paid to get the new battery (plus installation) in the car.Good resolution and result in the end. Happy to work with again.
