Around 2:45pm on Friday 5th of January, I walked in to get a ticket for the car wash service. Keep in my mind that I have previously had my car washed here twice before and in those times I was instructed to tape the aerial down (since my car can’t automatically retract it) which I did with no issues. But for some empty headed reason, according to Andrew’s new “professional”opinion my unchanged car was not approved. He pointed out that it’s because the aerial is too long. I explained that I have been allowed before using tape to hold it down and he condescendingly told me he remembered but that this time he couldn’t allow me. I honestly felt dumbfounded and he rudely told me to leave because there were people waiting behind me. No wonder the reviews are so low here the customer service is lacking so much.

I was off to the left in the car wash. Stationary. The car wash machine trundled towards me, scraped the plastic bumper, retreated and froze. My Mercedes was pristine, but BP wouldn't give me a contact person and they wouldn't let me view the camera footage (proving that I was stationary).

Nice store. It has a cafe in it and they make a decent coffee. Plenty of pumps, decent size shop floor, car wash, vacuum etc. Right in the middle of the shopping centre and not far off the main road along the lakeside.The instructions for the carwash are a bit nonsensical, winding up the windows comes before typing the unique wash program code into the keypad, which is outside the car. This is difficult to do with the windows up.

Very Unhappy with the service.Waited a long time for a coffee. Didn’t get the two coffees I ordered at the same time. Left with the coffees, only to find out one of them was not drinkable. And the other one was passable.Went back to tell them. Cause coffee isn’t cheap these days. More than $7 a cup these days.Only to be spoken to like I was in the wrong and I was an inconvenience to them. The lady then said she was isn’t a barista and the spoke to the other person and said it was “supposedly” a terrible drink. Asked me what I wanted to do. I asked for it to be made again. The lady made it again. But was huffing and puffing while doing it.I didn’t get an apology. They made me feel terrible. I will never come here again. Thanks for making a terrible day even worse.

Worst first experience ever at a bp. Ordered coffees took forever to get them and they weren’t even busy.We left to go back to our accommodation tried the coffees when we got there. One of the coffees made me nearly vomit and the other one was very bitter. So I went back to ask them to remake them and the lady didn’t believe me that they were bad and gave me attitude the whole time. And made me feel I was a inconvenience and wasting her timeWon’t be going back ever!!

rude staff, kicked me and my sister out when all we did was charge our phones and drink the drinks we PURCHASED from the store. never coming back here. toilets are disgusting. get better and more polite staff.

I was not impressed with the rude behaviour of the staff member I dealt with when I had refuelled my car. Just handed me my receipt and walked away without even a thank you. Never going back.

Came in yesterday to pay for my petrol. The older white man served me and I was shocked with what he said to me and was very rude for no reason. I have never experienced that kind of bad customer service anywhere. Then I went to the toilets and they were disgusting. I will never be going back there.

Went in to clean my Ute and grab a coffee. The lady pretty rudely told me that my car was not approved and that I couldn’t use their car wash despite the fact that we used it many times before.
