One of the worst company i have dealt with as a QS. All staff talks like a machine and they can only say no. Lack of compassion and customer service skills. They dont understand if i have called 10 times within a week to get gas line removed from a property it would be something urgent. But sadly Gas Hub has emplyed bunch of incompetent people who dont care why a person is calling and if they can try 1% to do something.They are lucky they are not operating in Auckland otherwise would have been thrown out by now. Useless people

When laying the gas line, they managed to damage and split the water pipe feeding the house. Gas Hub rufeses to accept accountability and left me with a flooded property and an expensive plumbers bill.Wouldn't recomend!!

took 6 months to get the pipe drop done, then when the trench was open to the house they decided to complete the connection and now I'm getting charged for line charges" for a house that doesn't need the gas turned on for a year. Gashub can't listen to the customer and just end up doing what they think is best for them and is the most impracticable solution."

Don't use these people. Takes over 24 hrs to get someone to reply to a query. They have just told me that it will take them a week to work out when they can do a job. In the meantime - their attitude to customers waiting for information- suck on it" No star service."

Poor communication and followup plus rude customer service. I had to ring and chase them up for a gas mains connection which I am going to pay for at the end ... Their lazy contractors delayed a pe-planned job without even telling me and kept coming up with lousy reason which showed a real lack of ownership and quality... Despite all the delays , I am still asked to pay the full price for a substandard service.Happy with the way M handled my complaint. It showed that what happened was not the usual standard.All the best and thanks .

I have been following up for about a month just to get a quote & a schedule date to move the meter! It's really hard to get an update from them and every other day I call I get the same old response that they are looking onto it! I really fail to understand how long they have to look onto a simple request and share the quote?? You guys are monopoly in the GAS market and your Services are appalling!! I wish I never moved to Natural GAS in first place! ONE OF THE HORRENDOUS COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!! My recommendation to the people who are planning to move to NATURAL Gas - PLEASE DON'T". I bet that you would only regret with what you have to deal with! POOR SERVICE"

Recently went through the process of having gas connected as we need needed space back from the hot water cylinder. The gas hub made it easy. So happy we decided to go with street connection. If you are concerned about anything they’re just a call away and happy to help. They contacted me as they had a cancellation and got my connection in fast as demand is high. The contractors did a great job of returning the ground to as before once the line was laid. Great work team! So happy with the move to natural gas.
