Irene is the best massage therapist I’ve had the chance to meet in New Zealand! She was able to untangle a knot I had for several weeks in my neck. Really professional, she knows exactly how to apply strong pressure without causing pain to relieve sore muscles, untangle knots and restore the body. Love her technique, plus she has a lovely personality that makes the experience even better!

Had an amazing massage by Irene the other day! Her set up is a lovely, tranquil space in Redefined where you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in. I had been feeling pain in my lumbar due some lifting at work. She was able to locate all the pain points and sort them out. She's so knowledgable about the body and despite coming in for my lower back, she relieved tension all over and I left feeling completely restored and relaxed. xx
