I placed an online order 14 days ago, which still hasn't been shipped. I rang the Hamilton Store today to try and find out how to either cancel it or get it sent, as no one would respond to me online. The items I've paid full price for are going to take at least a month now to arrive as there will be covid postal delays on top of their own shipping delays. The lady who answered today said she needed to ask the manager, after opening my order of several items. She then informed me that the website says it will take up to 14 days to SEND, so it will take another week or two after that with postage. I said the website says 7 to 14 days to receive the order because of covid postal delays (i.e. it does not say it can take 14 days to send). and she said to me It says 14 BUSINESS days to POST

Good quality and comfortable material cloth for kids. Adult cloth is not my type.

Always lovely clothes & friendly staff.
