Started training at this Cross fit box 5 months ago and lovin' it! I feel fitter after every session, I notice it every time I go out for a surf being a stronger paddler or go out kite surfing feeling like an athlete. And what a great crew! After only a few months you feel like being part of a great family with a healthy sporty vibe!
