Glad we made the time to go and visit this arboretum. Interesting history of research and planting of various different trees from 1952 onwards. Many huge specimens!Unfortunately 3 people with dogs did not use a leash as requested. As usual there was litter which we picked up.A lovely place for a picnic and when the apples are ready it will be nice to return to try a couple.

Mostly quiet (near the road) shady spot with clean flush M/F toilet, disc golf baskets and walkways.
