Southland Surf School | Have you ever dreamed of learning to surf or stand-up paddle board? Here is your opportunity to learn how in fun and safe environment with all equipment supplied. Choose from our selection of surfboards and stand-up paddle boards (SUPs) from the beginner to the elite, plus 4/3 wetsuits and booties to keep warm - this equipment is also available for hire by those who do not require lessons. We are happy to cater to groups, such as school camps or birthday parties, as well. One of the best parts about our business is that we are mobile, so we can give lessons at the best surfing locations according to the weather, swell size, wind and tides on the day. Our usual locations include; Riverton Rocks, Colac Bay, and Orepuki. We welcome people of all ages to come and learn to surf with former New Zealand Womens Surfing Champion and accredited International Surfing Association (ISA) Level 2 Surf Instructor - Jess Terrill.
