Avoid this dishonest company. The quotation they sent me for the bathtub and other items are more expensive than the showroom price tag, see attached photos. They lied about their manufacturing location, they said they got their own local factory, but it turned out that the items I ordered will take more than 8 weeks to get here from China and they never told me about that, they just keep pushing me to pay the deposit. But seriously, who wants to wait 8 weeks to receive their purchase when the renovations are underway? No surprise they refused to refund the deposit. No return accepted because they charge 30% restocking fee. Terrible customer service, the worst that I experienced in New Zealand. Look at their comment below. They just came up with more excuses and arbitrary to cover up their mistakes instead of solving the problems. I will definitely go through Disputes Tribunal to sort things out. Don’t want to waste my time to deal with them anymore.
