The worst post I've ever known!!! And I'm from Russia! They've lost my parsel. Tracking system shows it was with the courier for 2 months and to my asking was said we don't know there it suppose to be"!!! Terrible service. Couriers still parsels and the post is doing nothing about it!"

Refused to scan my parcels even I was the only customer in store from an India female staff with very rude attitude and unkind words. Shame on you as the community supported your business during difficult times, but you gave back to the neighbors in an uneducated way.

Refuse to accept my parcel, ask me to call 0800 number. Even I am holding the box (with pre printed lable on) stand in the shop already. Will not visit again.
