I was initially a bit wary of buying directly from a developer, but I took the plunge with Vale and I’m so glad I did. I love the home and I am so impressed by the great light and space, which was really important to me as I was downsizing from a larger family home. One of my main concerns was having to compromise on comfort, but that is absolutely not the case as the home is so well designed and fitted out, making it warm and welcoming. The high quality finishes both inside and out are really impressive, as is the highly useable and functional outdoor space. It’s an amazing location and has a very private feel, despite the size of the development and central-city location. We searched the market for a long time, looking at all the townhouse developers and their various options before finally deciding to purchase with Vale. From our research, they provided by far the best product, both in terms of design & finish as well as price. Vale has been great to deal with.I signed up to purchase a house from Vale (via Opes Partners) Dec 2020 and it has basically been smooth sailing since (given everything else that has gone on!)They have provided regular updates for us on the progress of the build, after building consent finally came back which was so helpful for us understanding what was going on and when completion might be (and therefore the dreaded mortgage application renewal dates!)During the last period before settlement, they were really helpful letting me settle when suites based on my original/assumed dates which was amazing.We had one small problem with some wiring after moving in and Stacey got it sorted he next day which was epic.All in all they made everything as easy as they could for us.
