Beware! Very Unprofessional, Almost A Scam.A lady by the name of Kayla called from an 0800 number and offered to book me in for a 'Free' hearing test.She got my contact details (mobile number and email address) and even my date of birth from some marketing network.Scary !!

I had to buy batteries for my dad's hearing aids. It's not the branch that my dad usually goes to but the customer service was exactly the same, absolutely wonderful!
