Food sitting on counter after 6 orders, there was no receipt with my order, still had to wait for the drinks and a sundae, 2 more orders went out. Heaps of workers walking around. Only ordered 2 cheese burger happy meals with no sauces or pickles, medium cheese burger combo, a sundae and a frozen coke, not to happy

Absolutely disgusting burnt chicken in my burger and a bunch of uncut lettuce that had brown bits on it i couldn't even eat it the chicken was hard

After waiting in the drive through for quite a while I get to the point of ordering and had to wait for someone to actually take my order. I ordered a NY Benedict bagel and a BLT Bagel with a couple of hash browns and the bagels were stale with mayonnaise and hollandaise running everywhere. Very disappointing and I won’t be returning

It is one of the best McDonald's in the country and excellent service standards. Staff was onto their tasks and high standards in term of hygiene and cleanliness maintained. It's a great place to dine in.

Ordered chicken mcmuffin and got a egg with a scrap piece of bacon! Went back to counter and told girl I was given the wrong mcmuffin. No apology, looked at my receipt like I took the wrong one, then looked at me with a look like I was interrupting her, she got the correct mcmuffin which was sitting on the side of the make up station, it was cold! Still no apology! I couldn't be bothered to say it was cold, didn't want to get another look like I was annoying her. Not great customer service, especially seeing I was a visitor to Gisborne on a long weekend!

Food was cold. Very sad that i watch four people open our bag of food on the counter to check what was in the bag. Our milkshake was tipped out because it had sat on the counter for too long.Sad to say but if they had a better system people would be served quickervandcthe food would be cold.Need leadership and people would be guided.Hate moaning but i paid good money and i worked hard for it. My moko was crying because she was so hungry.

Service is ok. Expect longer waiting time if you come after 5pm. The nicest part of this place is a cleaning lady. Very lovely and always finds time to smile back. Please, don’t leave a mess behind you, respect her hard work.

Yes, it's R&V week.Yes, i came thru the absolute peek of breakfast service.Yes, there was a pretty big wait on food due to above.Yes, my coffee came quick which made waiting all the more happier (coffee was always priority)Yes, my food managed to be soooo bloody good (even after such a wait) that i feel it might have been the best breakfast muffin i had from any Maccas! The pattys were dripping with juicy goodness, the yoke oozing just the way i like it & bun just perfectly matched with the rest of the meal. Actually forgot i had hash with also went down a treat; although feeling over full now!Cheers Maccas Gizzy for your hard mahi & providing a epic feed even with the madness of breaky service.
