Parcel kept being redirected all over the show. Took forever to arrive. They eventually gave it to NZ Post.

Avoid their services! Had two dodgy guys come to deliver a 5kg box one was carrying the box the other just looking around our property, and then they were scoping out my place after the parcel was delivered. Have got them both on security camera tho.

Had to go look for my parcel in the end according to the sender he checked & said it had been with PBT since Tuesday. They might want to look at improving their processes a bit better then they might get better reviews!

Absolutely shocking service, our parcel arrived on Friday the 10th march and no delivery at all, we collected on Tuesday the 14th and the lady could not even find our parcel as there warehouse is a total shambles, every time We buy something we will tell them we refuse to use PBT, They are a 3rd world company, Disgusting.We bought from Bed Bath & Beyond and we have already lodged a complaint to them about PBT, they said that they get heaps of complaints about PBT.

Avoid like the plague. They have a thief working for them. The bag was cut open and then the bag was delivered a week late with nothing inside.
