Hi, there’s this poly guy that use to work there and he’s apparently fired!! I love that guy, i go to subway often and everytime I visit I look forward to his positive attitude. He brightens my day :).

I came in here for a sub and was treated very rudely by a Maori lady behind the counter. On top of that when I was asked what salads I wanted, I was told You can't have as many as that! Keep it to four or less!" I felt like I had done something to rub her the wrong way or that she was having a bad day.I came back a couple of weeks later and that same Maori lady was behind the counter

I was being treated differently in the store . The stuff was an old lady. She was nice to white people but rude to me . She was super rude with super bad attitude. Disgusting person !

Manager should seriously look into staffing his or her frontline properly. We paid full price but only got half off the fillings. My choices off sauce were not even there , if you’re short-staffed atleast tell your customers before hand to wait so that you can refill items to be served or pre warn customers that we’re not serving this or that today as they can go elsewhere and won’t waste their lunch hour trying to make a sandwich that’s not even there

The older lady was so horrible, no wonder that young boy that was working look severely worn out, I wouldn't want to work for someone like that, threw everything together, one of the worst customer services experiences I have had.

There were 2 friendly guys but the lady was not friendly at all. I would not recommend this place for anyone or not even bother to visit again.

lady that opened the store was so rude to me. she kept on trying to rush me and was so snappy. i felt so unwelcome there and it was probably the worst customer service i had ever seen. i work at subway do i know what it’s supposed to be and it is not like that. manager needs to drill that into her head that she can’t be making people feel unwelcome, slow and stupid. :/

Very rude woman served me and clearly was mad she had to do anything. Customer service was absolutely shocking. I feel sorry for the poor young guy having to work with someone like that.

What an odd Subway experience. Seemed disorganized with poor customer experience, food wasnt labelled, not offered a bag or extras. Last guy on the chain wasnt paying attention and was slow. Also, the drink machine was broken, not a great experience.
