On Friday June 30 we had Heat Force come & service our heatpump & tend to the condensate pump in the ceiling. The serviceman was on time & was efficient & friendly, job all done tidely & for a resonable price. We will definitely use Heat Force in the future.Pete Clarke.

We had Heat Force install a ducted system into our house. They were great to deal with and were flexible with appointment times to work in with us. The installation was neat and tidy and the house was left clean with no dust or fingerprints left behind. Careful thought was put into the placement of the vents and return grills so everything looked centered. The outside unit was also a tidy install with the ducting tidy and square. I'm a bit of a stickler for detail and these guys didn't disappoint. After sales follow up has been excellent with a proper handover and a return visit to fine tune the system. I highly recommend Hamish and his team at Heat Force and if the need ever arose that we needed another heat pump I wouldn't look anywhere else.

We have used Heat Force for several years. Installing 2 heat pumps years ago and servicing them ever since. Today we had one old pump replaced and a new one installed in our bedroom. Always had excellent service, no fuss. No hard sell with just great commonsense advice. Todays job was carried out professionally and seamlessly. Couldn’t recommend more highly. Like to thank Hamish and his team for a great job installing our new heatpump . Our old heatpump of 16 years gave up and Hamish and his team were quick to give us good information and install our new pump which is working a treat .
