If I could give this company negative stars I would. Horrible trading company that does not refund your money at all. Its only one person working on the phone, call the number before signing up with this broker and youll see that the phone will ring forever and no one will pick up. On the chat as well its always the same person. Big mistake if you join this broker, Customer service alone is the worst thing ever.

Terrible broker! Please do not get suckered into opening up an account because of the 400:1 leverage. I should've trusted my mentor who warned me against such brokers. They stole my money and stopped replying to my emails. I had been with them for 2 months and when I finally requested a withdrawal of funds they did a complete 360 and I have never heard from them again. Hans, Steven, and clients services are scammers, please do not be fooled.

Trading currency with them. All is good - it is a legit company, hands on, supportive and friendly. Their MT4 platform is well greased - fast execution and low slippage. As a newbie I gave them hard time, and in the process of learning I had to admit that it was not their fault for my losses. They try hard to work with their clients. It is a true ecn company, and not a MM one.
