Always something on the go here. Our favourite has to be open mic night on a Wednesday. Lots of great local talent playing and jamming. Comedy nights are great and don't forget the burlesque reviews... Molly & Kasper always have something great going on.

The Monkey House Theatre
We went on Wednesday night which is usually an open mic night. Whitianga has an amazing amount of talent in all genres, we stayed to the end as the musicians came together after 10 pm and jammed until nearly midnight.There is a very well appointed bar, the atmosphere is casual and relaxed, and even the odd dog enjoys a generous amount of attention.We will be returning
