This Toyworld is the best I’ve been to. I took my youngest here on the weekend as he’d been pleading with me for more LEGO. I was blown away by the selection on offer and the fantastic service we received (and left with a very happy young boy of course). Highly recommend this store. Huge shout out to your staff member tonight (Josh we think?) who helped my sons with their lego purchases. You were knowledgeable, clearly love what you do...and my boys had one of the best shopping experiences ever! They now both want to work with you at Toyworld as soon as they are old enough!

Went in on a Saturday, store very busy and still tidy and well presented.Originally came in for 1 but ended up getting 3 presents because of the great specials!!2 female customer service team both very helpful and engaging, offering help etc to all customers around the counter area!Owner or manager came out, also very helpful with pricing.

Very friendly in-store customer service by Chris and team. Great range of quality products at good prices. Chris helped me get a collectable set at a very sharp price that was highly sought after by adult collectors. I will be visiting again in the near future.

Toy World Glenfield is a super toy store to visit. It is large and has a beautiful range and excellent prices. I have 3 children of different ages, 2 boys and a girl and there is always something lovely to find at this Toy World. Most recently I bought a very well priced Bruder Rubbish Truck for my youngest son. The manager Cherie gives very thoughtful care to the customers and all the staff there are friendly and engaging and helpful which makes it even better to browse and shop there. I would highly recommend this store for all toys and special toys for special seasons.

Great shop!! Such a wonderful, wide selection of toys including all the good brands like Lego, Schleich, Sylvanian Families etc. Also loads of fidget toys. The service is always lovely. It’s our go-to store for toys and gifts for kids.

Always buy legos at this store, my latest set was the Lego Art world map, gave my lockdown self something to work on and something to be happy about. Love the customer service, staff were very open-minded.

Came to the store to buy something for my son. Couldn't find it in store. Asked the guy for assistance. The guy was very rude and told me I should have checked the website before coming. Great customer service! Thanks guy. Hope everyone in your life will be as helpful as you are.
