Very bad communication skills. I did order 11:41am, I was waiting for 26 mins. When I checked for my order, then they said they have no spicy Chicken And ice cream. Within this 26 mins, no communication.

Good Mc to bring family and kids, it has a small playground and satisfies the small ones. Parking is large and shared with other restaurants. Plenty of seats, clean and in order. Went there at 21:15 and the drive thru was too full and ordered inside instead. Service was reasonable slow due to the car’s ordering first.

I was very upset with the entrance from pakuranga highway as I burst a tire going in. The entrance needs an improvement to allow customers to safely enter to make purchases. The food also was cold even though I bought it inside and the service leaves a lot to be desired. Team members charting amongst them selves and not really interested in attending customers. It was the most expensive experience in a McDonald's I have ever had. New tyre alone cost $424.00. Bad meal did nothing to improve my experience on that evening.

Do NOT come at night. I came at 10.45 and waited 1 hour for 2 fizzy drinks and only at 11.45 I finally got the drinks. Unbelievable the way they manage this drive through. Would not recommend to go here at night.

I ordered four orders of fries and they only gave me two cheating customersThis is how customers get scammed of their hard-earned money.Employees are chatting at work, customers pay in cash and no one comesI won't go to McDonald's where there are many employees, the service is slow, the work is wrong, no one cares, and the most important thing is to chat with friends. The guests are redundant.

Very bad experience recently. Last night, I ordered double cheese burger combo by drive through. However, upon receiving the order, I was dismayed to discover that I had been given a fish burger combo instead. Furthermore, the accompanying chips were noticeably cold. Regrettably, my dissatisfaction continued when I ordered quarter pounder burger tonight, when I returned home and unwrapped the burger, I found that it contained only the patty and cheese. All other ingredients, which are integral to a quarter pounder burger, were absent. Also the patty is cold. This oversight was both frustrating and unacceptable.

Been here approx. 7 times over the last couple months, all through the drive-thru.The best part is the staff are super friendly with a good vibe. If the line is long it still goes quick. Orders have almost been instant which is how fast food should be.Only mild issue is sometimes the burgers are just warm and depending what burger it is, it isnt made fresh.

1am 01/06/22 ordered cheese burger combo, chips were cold, burger had no onions, sauce on half the bun and 1 pickle, went back through drive thru, they gave me a replacement and the lady added“At night we don’t put onions on them because 90%of people ask for no onions at night, so you need to ask for onions on your burger next time.”I’m not lying, she thinks that it’s ok to remove ingredients from the burgers by default.I guarantee people aren’t asking for no onions, you are just removing them at night because no one can be bothered complaining. And then you save on having to put onions in. Dodgy, dishonest stuff.Edit: a few days later I took my partner through the drive through.The cheese burger is pictured, 3 tiny pieces of onion.My theory is McDonald’s are putting less onions on because onions have been expensive lately.

Every day, I dream the white chocolate ice-cream. I go to mc donald’s, and I see it available in the menu. My day lights up with hope, but they say “Sorry, we ran out of white chocolate”. It is very sad. I still hope that one day, they will have the white chocolate in stock. For now, I can only wish.
