Port Hills Physio + Pilates
At the age of 69 I experienced my first ever Physiotherapist appts. They were with Jo and Aroha at Port Hills Physio. I would like to share of the thorough diagnosis, attention and successful outcome I have experienced. What I had previously thought may be an ongoing issue for me, has repaired and I have regained improved movement of my shoulder.They will definitely be my first port of call in future.
