Had a tyre blowout and stuck stranded for ages. Cars whizzing past, no one seemed to care. A bloke in an ICE Fire truck was the only one who took time to stop to check in on me. Ended up giving me a lift.

After living in this area all my life I have never been treated so badly by the people who run this business. Distraught enough after losing our son, and, trying to find a car park, to rush two dogs across the now busy Matua Road to be groomed by 10.30am, not only was I physically abused by a women who worked there , but to be told she did not even care about my situation. I was only parked for maybe 2 minutes. I will never go back and hope other people that have lived in this area for as long or if not longer than I have who are used to having people who care about the community, and the people who live and work here.

Just got threatened on the motorway for doing 100kms p/hr.Guy was driving dangerously, needs anger management course.Can’t speak on their service but when driving a sign written vehicle, this has a ripple effect.Would never use them for this reason
