I went in to Silverdale Print & Design this week, where Vijay and I discussed in great detail a print job I wanted done & what I was looking to achieve. I felt we were aligned on the desired deliverable. When I went back to sort pages into the correct order for binding, the print was not done in the paper size as discussed and agreed upon, meaning other pages I’d wanted to include would not fit. There was no phone call or email from Vijay or his team to confirm whether a smaller size paper would be suitable prior to printing, so I was surprised when I arrived at the shop. I hoped to come to some sort of an amicable solution we could both be satisfied with, but Vijay’s negative attitude and poor customer service meant that I left feeling belittled, upset and with an unfinished job. I want to support local business but I didn’t appreciate how I was treated which means I won’t be going back & cannot recommend their services to anyone else

Very dissatisfied with the work carried out from this place especially VJ who is the manager of the company. We ordered two signs to be printed out and paid for one in advanced , later on went back to pick up the first sign and noticed that he got the spelling all wrong on both the email and company name not to mention the logos were not in place. We were told that we would get a free sign to make up for the fault but never got given it and when asked for a refund he just would hang up on us and avoid our phone call. We went around to the shop and tried to ask for a refund face to face but then got told to leave without our refund and no company sign to make up for their first muck up. Highly DO NOT recommend this company and if I must be honest , the manager has no respect for his customers or his own employees.

No job too small or big for Silverdale Print and Design. We've printed a lot of our signage and posters from them and always deliver to the quality we want.

Worst company ever, cancelled 2 times turned up 3rd time to a incomplete job in the wrong colour even tho the template was sent to me 2 days before printing. then said can’t do anything till next week sorry. Not good enough bad customer service n cheap prints.Kid? I’m over 18 don’t be in business if you can’t follow through with a job Mutiple people saying they had the same issue as I did with you. I stayed calm until you started yelling and in my face and didn’t give me the chance to talk. Bad business man
