Vivo Hair Salon Whanganui
I visited Vivo Whanganui on two seperate occasions December 2020. My first appointment was a cut and colour by Juanita and my second was a microdermabrasion from Kaz (Arohamai if I spelt both names wrong.) I love the atmosphere and these ladies are very vibrant and professional. Thanks team.

Vivo, you get a 1 star today. Only because I can't rate you any lower! I'm a busy mum and have to really shuffle things around for a little pamper time at the salon. Booked my appointment a month ago online with Vivo Whanganui. I received the confirmation email that my appointment was successfully booked. Showed up at the salon for my well deserved hair pampering only to hear sorry but something went wrong on our system

Asked for a balayage paid $400 for it and sat for 4hours, left with thick uneven ginger lines in my hair, also paid for purple shampoo and conditioner and the conditioner was open and unsealed. Worse salon I have been to. Also had my stylist attending to other people and what seemed like a new stylist working on me as-well, had no one check on my foils for long periods of time even though I said the bottom ones we’re getting hot, they didn’t rinse them out until all foils were ready. Will not be coming here again. Very bad experience for my first ever time in a salon!
