The WORST DELIVERY COMPANY SO FAR!! THEY LOST MY PARCEL, SAYING THAT THE PARCEL WAS GIVEN TO NZ COURIERS BUT THEY DIDN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING AND COURAL CAN NOT PROVE THAT THE PARCEL WAS GIVEN, $150 WASTED, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU ARE SENDING IMPORTANT GOODS

Worst courier I've ever had to deal with. Never leave parcel where desired and usually not even at the listed address but wherever is convenient I don't know how this is legal.

This courier driver drove right over our huge driveway and parked on the freshly sown lawn then proceeded to drive across the driveway on the way out and over the sown lawn on the other side! Shouldnt even have a drivers license!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Parcels send from the same company on the same day/time, arrive on different days, generally 3+days after being handed over to Coural. This hasn't happened once, this happens ALL the time.A parcel sent from Canada has arrived in the local centre in 4 days. It has been with Coural for 2 more days now (we are located 20 Kms from this centre).
