I needed to get a set of Ignition Lock Shear-head bolts for my Honda rather urgently and just one phone call and it was all sorted. Overnight my theft-recovered was repaired and back on the road. I highly recommend Athco Locksmiths.

This is a rather long story but I thought I really need to say it in detail.In short, Estelle from Athco really saved my day with her great custom service and the willingness to go extra mile for me.The best Christmas present I received this year!! Highly recommended!!*********I was locked out of my car on New North Road yesterday, leaving my car key in the car.All I had with me was a spare key that doesn't work properly (only starts the engine but won't open the car door ) =(I was calling around and hoping I could get some help to open the door. Everyone I called responded with “we can be there in an hour and it will cost you xxx amount. Very standard (which is absolutely fine) but all the quotes are pretty expensive probably because it was Christmas Eve.However, Estelle is very different. She was warm and genuinely showed that she felt for me on the phone. Initially she said they only supply keys but can't go out and open the car door for me. But since they are nearby and I had a spare key so I thought I will still call in to see if I can cut a key to open the door.When I got in, she said the key i had was cut wrong but she will still give it a shot to see if she can do something.Whilst she's working on that, a locksmith came in to buy something. Estelle told me he was one of the best locksmith in town and he can definitely help me.She then asked him for a favour (which she didn't really have to) and he indeed decoded the key and cut me one that worked!Estelle has really shown me how she's willing to help and I really appreciate that.Thank you Estelle and hope you have a lovely Christmas and all the best with your business !
