Basic Rentals

Good service. Easy process. Friendly.Thank you team( my first review I wrote for them as I was just wanting to be nice) The owner did his best to help my mum and I try to be kind towards services as I know mistakes happen. However, I've since changed my mind as the whole process was not easy. So much miscommunication on their end. The bond took about 3 weeks to be refunded as they kept stuffing it up! So many staff dealing with my paperwork that they kept confusing themselves. One will say this and another will say something totally different or they don't say it at all until the day of!! After expressing into detail about how disappointed I was via email, I got no apology. I waited a few more days incase I got a reply but no. So here I am, letting whoever reads this know... basic rental staff was a headache to deal with!

Phenomenal Service from the moment I arrived. I was looking for a truck to pick up and deliver a 3 seater swing. I was advised and shown the options starting with a flat deck large and then the smaller size, a trailer a van and the boxed truck option. I was given a price list which she had highlighted the options we had discussed including the prices. This was the best service ever! Highly recommend to anyone looking to hire a truck to use for moving etcThank you for taking the time to show me around and answered all my questions.

I've used this.company for almost approx years and.when they started to there company at their home. Still my go to truck hostage and as usual, BEST, in South Auckland by far. Affordable prices and good.customer service. Thank you team and love your work. Til next time.

A medium sized truck was adequate for the job of moving house, clean and tidy and running well.Booking was too easy and the service team exceptional. Wouldn't bother to consider any other truck rental company.

Rude lady at counter 7/5/23 4.20pm. Charged me extra even though Blake told me there was an hour Lee way. Miscommunication from staff. Also Honda step wagon smelt filthy. Disappointing hire. Never again. They also charge you for their time spent on doing paperwork which was about 20mins
