Good customer service… great sale most of the time with clothing items. Would be great to have sale on other items esp bedding.Just a feedback please get some new clothes design; my sister purchased clothes for her daughter when she was newborn now she is 3 years old and you guys still selling the same clothes. Not knowing I bought the same thing for my baby girl.

I feel a bit offended by one of the staff this morning. My toddler is hugging the pink teddy bear from the shelf. The staff approached us and asked if we are going to buy the teddy or should she return it coz it might get broken.

A very Customer Friendly and pleasant experience.We went to buy a car seat for a friend, the girls there specially Heidi gave us very useful and in detail information.I give them 5 stars for their super behaviour.

OK shop. Other places like TNT are cheaper though. Just be careful of vehicle clampers. That's the main reason I don't go there now.

Had such a great experience at Baby Factory in Manukau today. My local is Botany but I have never had a good experience there so thought I would give another store a go. Was very impressed with how helpful and friendly the staff were- Leslie and Heidi were who I dealt with. I would highly recommend this store and for a slightly further drive from my local, I will definitely be returning to Manukau over any other store. It's difficult to find good customer service these days.

Brought a car seat and a pram for my infant. When asked one of the saleswoman about the options and which one is better and more comfortable, she rudely replied- the babies would know, see she never tried it. Still dont know which ones better because she didn't contribute. Had to check online for better decision. I think there could be a better reply if you are serious salesperson.

Wanting to Purchase a car seat. 4 kids, 2 under 20 months hugely stressed. Staff were quick helpful thoughtful and just plain nice. Got the seat I needed at great price. Thanks ladies great job. Highly recommend going here.

Cross this Baby Factory off your list. Customer service leaves much to be desired. Shop wth caution as item returns come with unspoken and unwritten conditions that are not covered in their policy on the receipt. I was told an item worked well" and was returnable

Absolutely disgusting service. Went into this store around 2-3pm yesterday (28/5/23) to inquire about returning a stroller that I purchased, I haven't opened the box at all. Spoke to a lady at the counter and she was very lovely but because it was a return/exchange she referred me to her 2IC. Her 2IC came out, European lady, short with short hair, came straight to me and did not let me speak at all. I was trying to explain my situation to her but she just kept cutting me off and said yeah I know my staff just told me your story" and wouldn't allow a word out of my mouth. I had a long day and I'm currently pregnant and was exhausted
