Fu U Roast and BBQ 富瑶烧腊

I have been coming here for years but things have changed since they moved downstairs, where Love a Duck was. My meal today was full of bones and tasted off. Lady cutting the meat is no good, bring the Boss Guy back.

Discovered this place from a Facebook group and I’m disappointed that I’ve lived on the shore for 5 years and haven’t known about it before. Good sized portions and great value for money. The roast duck was beautifully cooked and was flavorful. Same with the roast and bbq pork. Will definitely come here again

I’ve been coming here since I was a little kid. I’ve watched the family work so hard for years, making delicious food! I remember their oldest son as a toddler, he works for the family too. Very sweet and amazing! Love the food so much! My favourite place to eat in the whole world!

Amazing crunchy pork, we added the owners son on Pokemon Go a while back as he noticed us playing. He still gifts regularly so shoutout to him

Great HK style BBQ food at unbelievable prices. I had a crispy pork on rice, the portion was generous, pork is very crispy and not too much fat in the meat like some other places. A serving of chicken on rice for $12, that is way below the median price of food in 2023.

Been coming here frequently for years. Today was a quick lunch.... Always good! Oyster sauce bok choy, marinated eggs and chilli duck feet.

Affordable place with lovely food.We ordered two big dishes, one noodle, two rice. Only spent a bit over $60. It’s 2023, where most other places charges $20-$40 more for what we ordered.They used to be upstairs in the foodcourt and recently moved down to where Love a Duck was.Deco is still from the olden days, floor needs some cleanup and that’s the only criticism I can give.My husband remembered seeing the lady owner worked for a different restaurant about 10 years ago. He also mentioned their eldest son was so small back then. And this little boy has now grown up to a tall and polite lad and helping his family’s restaurant, working hard at the same time keeping an eye on his little brother.This is a humble family business, they work extremely hard to get where they are right now. From the bottom of my heart, I truely hope the best for them.This is our 2nd visit since they moved, Sunday night the place is packed. We are so happy for them and a nice educational opportunity to our kiddo too haha…

A week ago, I ordered takeaway from the shop and we enjoyed the food very much. Today, I decided to eat in, and it’s a shock! Food is still nice, but the experience is not very impressive. The young man over the counter need to yell to the back kitchen for our order. Nevermind. Then there was a kid sitting there watch his Pepper Pig, so loud! Then he threw something at our table and hit me! I asked the owner whether they knew this kid. Yes, it’s their kid. Well, the shocking part is the lady owner scolded the kid, and twist his ear! So hard! Oh, that was the part I felt bad. I did not want to kid to get punishment like this! He only need to be told off it’s rude to do threw thing at other’s table and he need to say sorry by himself.
