Hotel Saint Clair

Smaller than I thought but location is perfect, sleep by the beach...with wave sound.

Great beachside place to stay. Some good local restaurants as well.

Lovely spacious room with a beach view. Lovely to sleep with the door open and listen to the surf roll in.

Lovely spacious accommodation. Great views out to the ocean. Loved listening to the waves crash. House keeping attentive and came with all things like hair dryer iron etc to make your stay homely. Even have condiments in the fridge to purchase and and a spa bath.

Friendly hotel in a wonderful location right on St Claire beach. The rooms are spacious and modern with great facilities. The north-facing rooms have excellent views along the beach and if you’re up early you might catch an incredible sunrise. Easy walking distance to a couple of excellent cafes.

The perfect place to spend 24 hours after eye surgery. There's always something happening on the esplanade and the sea air and the sound of the waves at night made for an excellent choice for our short stay. Request a sea facing room!

A nice quaint hotel facing the Pacific Ocean which is at Saint Claire, South Dunedin. There have rooms facing the mountains and sea. You can opt for breakfast in the hotel itself. Plenty of off road parkings around and also in-house parkings too. Our room are quite spacious with dinning table and lounge area. No cooking is allowed though but we are given a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and some cutlery. Our room comes with a bath tub and separate shower. A nice comfy bed with heating too. Travelling out to town centre takes about 20mins depending on the traffic. There is also a public warm sea water pool nearby which we was given a ticket to enter. In the evenings or mornings, good place to jog or enjoy the beach here. Do take note to avoid going near a sea lion seal if you see one.
