Fantastic support when I adopted a kitten. Advice on how to introduce him to my older cat. A well trained, healthy happy kitten. Foster carers did an amazing job.

After neighbours throwing a beautiful rabbit over a high fence the first time and landing on its face making its mouth bleed we called the SPCA, an “inspector” went to check on the rabbit, not actually inspecting the rabbit just “observing” the rabbit, found it to be eating, and looking fine, left the property and said it was up to the owner to take the rabbit to the vet to be checked out, obviously it was not ok, and unfortunately now on the fourth time being thrown over the fence, and again with a bleeding mouth, we decided to keep the rabbit at our property as it is unbelievably cruel, today it went to the vet, and has major dental issues and will most likely need surgery! Shame on you SPCA, if you had done your job the first time properly and listened to the people calling you constantly saying what is going on, the rabbit would be in good health! We were happy to keep rabbit, but as the SPCA will not pay for dental work or the owner as the cannot afford it, the poor rabbit has to now be surrendered to the SPCA for them to pay for the dental work if they even do that.

SPCA helped us on several occasions. We recently had to re-home a young dog SPCA found a new home very quickly and informed us what a great new home he now has. All staff very helpful especially Carmen Thank you team

I have adopted two kittens from here, one last Christmas and one this past January. They are both happy, healthy bundles of fun, I can't imagine my life without them.The people that work there are very friendly and let me take my time in selecting the kitten that I was going to give a forever home to. The cages are kept tidy and kitties have toys to play with and post for scratching, all the comforts of home.I highly recommend adopting from the SPCA, you won't regret it.

Lovely people, (who tend to get a bad rap from a minority of civilians, who have usually been caught abusing animals). An up standing charity who are doing their best with what they have, under the guidance of law & vets, to rescue, look after & (predominantly) re-home innocent animals.To some animals, SPCA are heros.

If you decide to give a home for an animal ,go for for this place and help. Please be very sure before you make a desition.

These people don't get enough love. They need all the finding and donations to keep those cute puppies and kitties safe untill they can find their forever homes.

We got our beautiful staffy from here! I like their application process of matching the animals to the right owners + a visit to check if property is suitable. The Staff are friendly and helpful. Very happy with our experience so far.
