Hamish the customer rep was super rude. I was just enquiring as I'm a new customer and needed clarification so I called twice. He just jumped on me and made it sound like I'm some kind of scammer - saying that I'm calling from an international number which I was not (It's an 028 number and it's a NZ number!!) and then asked for my Company name etc. Didn't have to be so rude!!

Very very top kind of unresponsible people. We relays on them for our delivery and they always missed food item and not take any responsibility. Big company with very poor service and very irresponsible staff and bidfood sales representative. I want to give them 00 out of 100.

just nowNEWAs an advocate for employees and bad bully type behaviour, this company exceeds and other Company in New Zealand. Bullies staff to use sick for the first week if an injury accepted by Aon. ACC needs to review process with Aon. Management should be aware that there are 5 agencies who can and will get involved. Another thing noted is if an employee has concerns how they are treated, they get bullied, picked on and pushed from the job. New Zealand has laws against this old 80s form of treatment. This review will be posted on all media. So the public can see such a nasty CIMPANY in action in New Zealand. This will be sent to human right, and many more.
