If i could give 10 stars i would!I phoned just after 1 pm to inquire about a water booster for my wood burner. By 4 pm i collected one made up to order.Just awesome!! Fantastic, prompt professional service did not end here, the price turned out to be extremely reasonable too.Thank you, Johan. You have turned me into a lifelong customer.

Exceptional Service!

We ordered a custom sized guard. I was nervous about getting the size wrong, so I sent pictures and measurements just in case. They interpreted what I sent and when it turned up it fitted perfectly. They do a really great job.

Superior heating made a hearth guard for our fire. They produced a beautiful piece within a reasonable timeframe. We'd highly recommend them.

The spark guard we purchased is of good quality. We were happy with it. What was extremely frustrating however was the timeframe in getting it. Two weeks delivery time from time of ordering was actually 4 plus weeks. Allow alot of time if you want a spark guard before your winter arrives. The woman in the office I spoke to didn't help matters. She was extremely rude and didn't seem to have any idea about customer service. Sarcasm and lack of care or follow up does not go down well with your customers.

We have a fairly large fireplace/hearth at home and were unable to find a suitable fire screen in the Wellington area.We tracked down Superior Heating & Fabrication in Canterbury and ordered a bespoke fire screen.I had some doubts about receiving the screen in good condition as to transport it from Canterbury to Wellington required both road and sea travel.I shouldn't have worried as the screen arrived in Wellington well packaged and protected.The quality of the product was exceptional and we are very happy with it.You could not find better quality on a bespoke fabricated product in this country.We simply cannot fault the welds, finish or quality in general.This product was not cheap but we feel that we got very good value for money and the screen is 'superior' when compared to similar products to be found in the major hardware stores.Kevin & CarolynWellington NZ

LOOKS NICE BUT NOT EXACTLY GREAT SERVICE AND PROBLEMATIC TO INSTALL. 2 OF THE BOLTS WERE POWDER COATED WHEN ALREADY ON THE UNIT. SO YOU BASICALLY NEED A SOCKET SET TO GET IT OFF. NEED TO HAVE A LITTLE MORE ATTENTION TO DETAIL. NOW I HAVE TO WASTE MY TIME GOING TO BUY TOOLS. SIMPLY SHOULD INCLUDE SIMPLE TOOLS SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO STUFF ROUND GETTING STUFF YOU DON'T OTHERWISE HAVE. SKIMPING ON THE DELIVERED PRODUCT. ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT. 2/5.
