No idea if product is good but Ron's customer service is The Worst I have had in years. Accused me of lying on many levels and refused to resend item when he sent it to the wrong adress. Has now paid postage for me to resend item to correct address. Hung up on me twice when I rang trying to sort it out.Tried to blame his staff for the mistake.HI I'D LIKE TO BE ABLE TO CONTACT THE OWNER DIRECTLY PLEASE. My order number was 1780 so please find my phone number through that. Thanks

Edit: they have since refunded my order as well as sent out the product as well. Have received both.I ordered on the 6th of May and received a order number the same day then contacted them again on the 18th wondering where my order was. They emailed back saying they were going to follow up on my order but nothing received yet or no confirmation that it has been sent.

I had a very poor customer experience and was going to rate this business 1 star. Magick Away eventually sorted this out after becoming aware of the problem through my Google Review. They refunded me and sent the product. So I have edited my review to 3 stars. All the best.

Great company to deal with, the product is really good. Had a misunderstanding about my order (my fault) it was sorted out straight away and im very happy with the outcome. Highly recommend Magic Away to everyone
