Amazing practice - super helpful, friendly and caring staff and our vet, Charlie, took great care of our baby. We were super worried that the care was going to be over priced, as we had paid ridiculous vet bills at the previous vet, however the bills were reasonable and considerate of our affordability and the ongoing care our baby would need. Thank you to Charlie and all the staff who took the time to explain through my tears and panicking. :)

These guys are great. They know my dogs by name and are really interested in their well being. They even send reminders when vaccine are due so you dont get caught out. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Worse vet ever the lady looked down on me, I felt like I was the WORSE pet owner... i feel like it was becuase i own a pitbull.. lady gave my dog his first shots TWICE IN A ROW becuase i was 6 days late for my dogs seconds shots but every one i know that has dogs (not pitbulls) were all 1 months late and they didnt get the first shot again she did it on PURPOSE when I asked to get his second shots.. the Russian lady got him very sick for a week he wasn't eating nor go for walks and my dog loves walks. Never recommend cearvet for any pitbulls or bulldogs they will treat you like a criminal.. and also over priced!

We received excellent service from the team at Carevets Johnsonville throughout our pets lifetime. They were able to organise cremation for our pet and when we received the ashes back there were some comforting messages, paw prints and nose boops.Thank you very much

A great bunch of people and even when staff change occasionally… they’re still great. Whoever is doing the hiring is doing a great job. The support staff that assist customers are so sweet and really seem to care for animals above and beyond what you’d expect. We had a similar experience with CareVets Te Atatu Peninsula. It’s corny but, CareVets really do care about our pets.

Couldn't recommend this veterinary practice to more people. The staff are professional, the costs are fair and you know what you're getting into upfront. The staff bother to learn your names and the names/behaviour/personality of your pets' and when you're going through a rough time (big surgeries, euthanasia etc) they're really supportive.

Have been bringing my cat here for several years now. Always impressed with the level of care and the welcoming atmosphere provided by the team! Thank you CareVets Jville!
