I'm 63 years old and in all those years, this is undoubtedly the worst experience I've ever had in dealing with a car dealership, they were very happy to sell us a $35,000 car but as soon as it went wrong, they didn't want to know, no communication, didn't do what they said they would do, no courtesy car available as we weren't valued customers"

The service from this branch is actually quite good. You can get information when you need it and they are generally prompt at getting back to you. Unfortunately the branch is severely let down by Stafford (the Hang man) who will waste all the time you spent on hold by pretending to talk to someone else and hanging up on you. His antics are what is depriving the branch of their last 2 stars.

Had to take my mazda premacy in there today to get keys and door unlocker done. They were absolutely fantastic. Very friendly and good customer service. Did an excellent job with what we needed and asked for. Reasonably priced. Recommend them
