They were so knowledgeable and skilled. I am elated about my recent cut there. Sorted out the weight of my thick hair and allowed my natural wave to actually show. Totally understood the assignment. Can not recommend them enough.

Had the greatest pleasure of making a last minute booking for the following day as we had decided to do professional family photos. Not only were the ladies understanding but they did all they could to fit me in. I had the most amazing hair dresser who knew exactly what I needed without me having been there before as we were down from Auckland. My hair came away perfect colour, perfect cut and felt stronger than ever by their treatment. I will definitely be back when we are in the area and highly recommend. Thank you The Hair Boutique.

I was recently diagnosed with Alopecia which has been pretty challenging. I didn't hold out much hope for extensions and wigs but I went in for a consultation with Rachel (the owner) yesterday, who was able to fit me for a hair topper right then and there and proceeded to dye it for me that night. Today lo and behold the topper was finished! To say I was happy is an understatement! Rachel took such obvious care with the dyeing process to colour match the topper to my own natural hair colour- the results were outstanding. She took time to show me how to use the topper and sat with me while I asked question after question about hair care. I feel 1000% happier and more confident now with this beautiful hair topper - I can't thank Rachel enough. Her warmth, her kindness, her professionalism and her incredible skills. Couldn't be happier with the services at maiden!

Had the best experience with Loren. She is truly amazing!! She really listened to what I wanted done with my hair, did a beautiful job executing exactly what I asked for, as well as giving super helpful tips and advice for how to manage my hair. I have had many hairdressers over the years and Loren blows them all away. She is friendly, charismatic and just downright lovely!! I only wish she was based in Auckland so I could see her regularly! The owner of Maiden hair has failed time and time again to provide a welcoming environment. On multiple occasions she's been extremely rude to myself and others, really putting me off of using her services. The hairdresser didn't listen to the simple guidelines for my 'trim'. 0/10 wouldn't recommend. Ever.

Beautiful salon + Mitch is amazing, always does an incredible job, best hairdresser for any sort of blonde you are wanting. Great chat also!

Had my hair done 3 times here and always walked out happy. Had keratin straightening done too. Never had anything wild and wonderful done but hair always looked good and I’ve been back so it must be ok. I have a lot of hair which some hairdressers struggle with. Thumbs up
