24/7 phone line!!! Good room for maneuvering trailers not a busy road

Bit of a disappointment the booking and WOF was good all done and website says $60 for a WOF and I didn't get a phone call or text to say my vehicle was ready and when I arrived they are a busy place my invoice came to $65 told the website hasn't been updated for a couple years so check your prices before you use these guys as what they are advertising is not what you will be charged

Had a breakdown engine stopped , had it towed to ultimate automotive , told it was the battery 400 dollars plus labour to put the battery in got told it was fixed, made my way back to tauranga exact same thing happened broke down again , had it towed back again , got told it was the fuel pump ok get it done , 650 dollars later for new fuel pump and towing I pick it up again got to tauranga 2 days from home to work car has done exactly the same thing it did the first and second times time it broke down ,i call ultimate automotive to ask how they got it going after I took it in , I was told it just started , what????? I tried starting it for 2 days even video of it not starting now I'm told after I had it towed there it just started , and now long weekend car is parked up the receptionist says I'm sorry dnt have much we can do for you maybe its electrical , ?????What did i just pay over 1k for , u never fixed the issue u bought it in for at all and now I'm in tauranga having to put it in againUltimate let down and cost

Went for a wof here. Was told i had an exhaust leak, but the wof inspector couldn't tell me where from or show me any actual signs of a leak, he just didn't like how it sounded. I couldn't tell and the car had passed multiple wofs sounding exactly the same. Wouldn't of minded the fail for this reason alone but to be told it with a great big smile on his face was a little bit upsetting.
