Just saw one of the security guards man handle an indian cricket fan at the domestic airport... such bad service form you guys.... just a simple fan wanting to see his idols and the poor young chap just got thrown to the ground... disgusting..!!

As an event staff worker it’s a cool company to work for. You meet new people every shift and the job has a big family like feeling where most people know each other after a while. Good work life balance and enjoyed getting to work at shows and sport events. Only con Is long hours on your feet get comfy shoes.

At the last Auckland concert for Fleetwood Mac at Spark Arena, surrounded by extremely intoxicated patrons. Within the first 1.5 hours of the show these people managed to stumble past me, your guards, and alcohol management staff to buy more and more drinks. My experience was definitely impacted by these morons who should not have managed to go undetected by your staff, repeatedly. Very disappointing.

The hiviz brigade who were attempting(I think attempting) to direct traffic on Prince's Wharf on 20 Nov were missing red noses, oversized shoes, rainbow afros and spinning bow ties.A complete shambles which has restricted my income today.I phoned P4 to lay a complaint but they hung up and didn't want to resolve the problem.

Very unprofessional and aggressive staff. Managment displayed an attitude of complete ignorance when attempting to correspond with them.They continue to place fault with the event and their customers rather than take any responsibility for problems that arise.

Staff pushing people around and putting their hands on punters at the Pendulum concert. The calibre of staff they hire is appalling and I witnessed them tackle an innocent concert goer to the ground and injure him badly. Unbelievable how this can happen and to watch how P4G mishandled the situation. Do not use this company for events, the staff are not properly trained and they are very abusive.
