Friendly helpful staff. I needed a piece of rubber to protect part of the frame on my mountain bike they helped me find a solution quickly. Really well priced too will return when my chain stay guards need replacing.

We have bought a number of mattress from Para rubber in the past and have been pleased with the product. It is very disappointing to pay for the top of the range mattress and are still waiting for it about 2 weeks later.We understood there might a few days wait. We were promised we would be contacted by phone the following day when we checked up on why it hadn't arrived. Still haven't heard from them. Do you think they are in financial trouble or is it the management needing a shake up?.

It's always a surprise to others but I value customer service above all else. The two staff who helped me a blond haired woman and a male guy I think was Filipino went out of their way to help without being pushy and I did get what I wanted.If you expect all the frilly shop fittings don't come to Para Rubber on Blenheim Road. They instead will sell you what you need without condescending to you.Bring cash if you can. There is EFTPOS and credit cards although they may not take QCard.
