Oh my gosh, waited 20 mins for 1x kids meal, double cheeseburger and ugly loaded fries. Loaded fries was definitely not like the picture on menu board. I was tempted to ask if they needed help.

A very disappointing visit. There was a 20-25 minute wait from order to meal. The meal was almost inedible, salad was limp, buns were soggy, loaded fries were disgusting, regular fries were cold. Feedback was given to BK, but I got the feeling that the store was going through the motions. This is the 2nd bad BK meal in 3 visits. No more BK for this guy! McDs are the winner

Forgot my onion rings and large fries,when received oily and cold.after a wait of almost 10mins at the 2nd window ,which is totally blocking people walk across to Carport on side of BK.

Had to wait 12 minutes. Prioritized UberEATS orders before waiting customers. Hawaiian chicken burger was not cut.

Sadly the drive through is slowwww, think they are do more Uber orders,and if you go in store, well drive through takes priority, left waiting.

My husband just brought a burger, that cost him $20 and what he received was not what he ordered. Triple Cheese burger had one cheese in it, we would have turned around to face you guys, but have a long drive ahead of us back to wellington. But not to worry, we will be back in a fortnight, and he will come visit yous again. To point this out in person.Also, many of you who were serving, your boss needs to put through Customer Service course, cause it is appalling.
