Stay Clear!!!Paid $35.40 dollars for dry cleaning a two piece suit then when I picked the suit up it hadn't been dry cleaned!!! Overall paid more than $30 dollars for basically two plastic hangars and a bag!Staff totally unhelpful offered no refund or even to take it back at all just maintained there was nothing they could do as the dry cleaning is done in another place.Took to another dry cleaners who was able to confirm the suit had not been dry cleaned recently and still had everyday dust visible on the suit and remove a stain the staff at mint said had been worked on instantly.

Secret admin fees of over $7 per item! Over charges!! Very very basic clean!! Wouldn’t use again! Don’t use unless you don’t mind paying a lot for simple cleaning. I will not use there services again.

Very poor customer service. I paid for same day service but my suit came back late with the pants missing. They were not ready until the next day. As I needed the suit for a funeral that morning, this caused me a lot of inconvenience. I specifically asked when I dropped the suit off to be told if it could not be returned to me by 5. I accept that you were having a particularly bad day, with equipment faults and related stress. But I would have appreciated you calling me when it became apparent that there were issues rather than wait until I asked you at 5pm. Given that I paid for same day service and only got half of it I expected a small refund or credit. But apparently you can't do that (for reasons not explained). It's not even about money for me. Clearly you don't value your customers. I recommend people take their business elsewhere.

Paid $27 to have one shirt dry cleaned because of stains. Shirt came back exactly the same as when I took it in.Went to an Asian Dry-cleaner and shirt was spotless and for half the price.Do not recommend this place @ all.

Amazing establishment. I got a leather Jacket dry cleaned. It was picked up, cleaned well and delivers perfectly. They even returned $50 which I had left in my pocket when I handed it in. Great people!

This place is great!! I gave in my white hoodie about a week ago, with a wine stain, so you can imagine just how hard it is to get that out, and when I got it back, it was just like how I got it when I bought it! The pricing is affordable too (compared to other dry cleaners I've been to in the past), and the employee that served me was extremely helpful! Mint drycleaners definitely deserve these 5 stars!!

I had 2 pairs of pants and a shirt dry cleaned. the pants came out absolutely fine. The shirt I had a small but tough stain that I couldn't get out which they were unable to get out but I had left it far too long and had assumed it couldn't be removed. The service was great and the price isn't too bad.Most of the negative reviews appear to be people's unreasonable expectations whereby the vendor has responded to clear up confusion

1. They didn't pick up my clothes twice.2. When my clothes were returned it was very wrinkly but they did not say anything until I called to complain.3. They agreed on giving the clothes a wash and iron but again they did not pick up my clothes.5. When I called them to ask what's going on the lady I first talked to was very nice and told me that they will pick it up and re-do it.6. 2 seconds later I got another call from someone else and she came up with the totally different story and basically told me they have no responsibility to cover the cost.7. We agreed on contacting via emails but they called me several times very next day.8. I am trying to deal with them but they have been ignoring my emails for 2 weeks.They made no effort to apologize. The same day delivery that they advertise on their website is a total lie. I recommend using another dry cleaner if you don't wanna be stressed out on just getting your clothes not wrinkly.

Fantastic experience. They picked up my 2 suits from home and delivered back me well within the timeframe. Dry cleaned well and reasonably priced. I couldn’t ask for more. Cheers
