Quite a nice place to grab some home items. I came by to get some of the sticky tapes of insects. The parking lot is one way so entry from one driveway and exit from the other.It is set up in a way to find things fairly easily. There is also a cafe inside.

Today July 2 John in plumbing was a hero. He fixed a laundry tub washing machine tap that was pretty much dried out, stuffed up by vice grips used to try and get it working and non functioning. He spent 15 minutes getting it apart and working. I paid for some plumbing line which he needed and it works perfectly.Thank you John!

Very well thought out and spacious store. Parking usually isn't a problem even during peak hours. Completitive prices. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have often found that they go out of their way to help me. I have always managed to get whatever I wanted. This is my favourite local hardware stop.

First time to go here, so i had to check and see stuff they have and what they do offer. Points for the garden centre and play area! I loved how safe and great vibes this place is compared to other mitre 10. Staff are all smiles too, though a bit disappointed as I was trying to talk to a staff but he ignored me and rather helped someone whom he maybe" affiliates himself with. Hey

Had good experiences several times here. Click and Collect, Shop in store as well as helpful assistance from workers. Pretty wide range of items available similar to Bunnings. I do find the store awkward in layout and there should be self service checkouts (i think they had them before i started shopping in store...maybe removed them due to thefts??)

Praise where praise is due the service here is phenomenal. I had a team of 3 people helping me, ½hr later after exhausting options, they ordered which came in today a week later, the whole process was gratitude all the way for great service. Doesn't have the biggest and widest range of most of the products but most essential ones are here! Some staffs though need a proper knowledge on where to find specific items if customers do ask! I've been guided in a wrong aisle once in this store!

We visited this Mitre 10 a couple of time due to Bunnings Glenfield being closed due to flood damage. Each time we have been impressed the extent of product on offer and helpful service. Bit of way from Hillcrest but worth the trip. Cafe' was average/good and has the potential to be very good (we will revisit). Recommend this Mitre 10.
