Service and delivery times from Ezibuy is getting worse and worse, and when you call all you get are excuses! I even had one order confirmed and not delivered at all! I was told I could reorder but would have to pay the postage myself. I tried to explain I had ordered 3 weeks ahead of when I needed the item so it was here and now because of their mistake it wouldn't be but they just don't want to know. I now order from Australia with less issues and quicker delivery.

A wonderful shop of cloths, but It's an expensive shopping center. The other side is when you compare with big clothing company outlets, this shop is reasonable. A good range of variety collections. I really like the kids collections. They are keeping the quality of cloths really well.Conclusion: Really happy.

Useless website! Very frustrating to use. The filters don't work on a mobile. I used to be a VIP, now that the CHCH shop is closed and I don't receive the catalogs, I won't buy be buying from them anymore
