First-class service! I lost a tiny screw from an electronic device (not a watch) so I thought I'd see if About Time could assist. They happily sorted through their spares and found a screw that fitted perfectly. Not only that, would not accept payment! Excellent service and were happy to help with an unusual request. Would definitely use them again.

I visited About Time to get my watch strap adjusted and the team was able to do this whilst I waited. This took 5 minutes or so to adjust the metal bracelet, the jeweller technician took the time and care to recheck the bracelet fitting on my wrist multiple times to ensure the watch and bracket fitted well on my wrist. The team were very helpful and careful with my new time piece as I only had it delivered this morning. Many thanks for your service.

Such amazing service and people. My watch has got wet twice now in the Auckland floods and recent weather events and both times they have very kindly dried out my watch. Super professional and great service. Cannot rate them highly enough.

Bought a leather watch strap from here around 6 months ago. It fell apart at the seams, so took it back today. Lady said no warranty and charged me $100 for replacement leather strap. She also advised no warranty at all on replacement strap. Clear violations of Consumer Guarantees Act. Will never return there.The appalling service continues. The $100 'leather' strap fell apart at one end the day after purchase!! Looked like some cheap glue and no stitching where it fell apart. In other words sold another lemon for $100. This is a complete scam, photo attached.

Incredible service. Popped in for a battery and they did it while I waited. While I was waiting, a customer came in to inquire about some watches and it was evident that the staff are very knowledgeable. My watch was ready in a matter of minutes but surpassing the prompt service was the fact that they didn’t charge me anything. I would have been happy to pay for their time and materials yet they insisted. Now that's 5-star service.

The service is outstanding, friendly and very fast. I had a link to be added to my wifes watch, was advised to return in 10mins. On my return, the watch was presented, and I was happy with the outcome. Highly recommend, for any watch services.

Fantastic Place! Recently bought a new strap from overseas and reached out to About Time to swap it over. The caliber of service I received was truly exceptional, and the ambiance was professional and welcoming. Neil at About Time kindly replaced the strap without charge, and his friendly attitude and great chat made it a quality experience. I cannot speak highly enough of About Time, Neil and the outstanding service that I received. So thank you very much again Neil!

Always great service. Most recently they didn't have a watch strap for one of my watches and suggested I get one elsewhere and they said they would be happy to fit it for me - it took a while to get the watch strap and they did indeed then fit it for me and would not charge me.
