STIHL SHOP East Tamaki

I have been going to this shop in East Tamaki on Harris Road for years as a business customer they are the very knowledgeable and have great team of mechanics keeping all my gear going many years best shop hands-down

Very professional and informative staff who were more focused on ensuring that I was fully aware of safety measures in relation to the product (chainsaw I purchased) rather than securing a sale. Definitely a place to shop if you need sound advice regarding chainsaws, mowers, weed eaters and any such product.

Visited yesterday. For the second time. Bought my Weber from here. Such friendly helpful staff. Very knowledgeable. would highly recommend. Thank you Guys.

I will not go back to this shop again. Ordered and paid for a bar blade in Jan 22 and not arrived after 4 months of wait. Instead the guy suggest to change the drive case or shaft? for a new blade, cost me more than 6 times of the bar blade. When I got the mower back and turned on, the blade was too long and hit the under the mower and makes crazy noise with white smokes and oil spills everywhere. I took it back and two weeks later I called up they totally forgot about it and they said it was fixed and sitting in their shop. Customer service was really bad, I called one hour before collection and the guy still couldn’t find the mower. Seems they don’t really care about the retail customers and only the big company account. I will not go back to this shop again.To reply to the shop owner message below:Thank you for calling me a keyboard warrior, as this is my first time writing review on Google. I have expressed my concerns many times over the phone as I called the shop every few weeks asking the update for the blade, and asked what other solutions you can provide, the answer wassupplier delayed and nothing you can do again and again. Why don't you suggest the solution after 1 month or 2 months? it is probably you sick of me being calling the shop. I know the part is out of your hands but that is your supplier and I am only the poor customer patiently waited for 3 months. I understand people do make mistakes, just like you fit the new blade on without even testing it and gave back to me, and it is 3 months I waited not 4 (typo) months but I paid $180 compare to a $30 blade (yes I can not count because my Math's was leaned in here) and end up with knee high grass at my house. Finally my expectation was very high????? I only wanted a new blade for my mower which your shop can not find one.
