We are first home buyers purchased a $2m+ house from Steve and Winnie at Raywhite Forrest Hill. Significant leakage problems found on the second day after we moved in. Tried hard to communicate with Steve, who claims no liability as “he wasn’t disclosed by the vendor of the defects”. We are now starting the court proceeding against their vendor. I wish everyone to learn from my experience and be careful with Raywhite Forrest Hill when you are buying or renting.And I have obtained professional leak report . Anyone who is keen to know details are welcome to contact me.Below is my response to Steve's message above,I did contact Steve straight away after his last post, who didnt take the ownership of the leaky house that Raywhite Forrest Hill sold to us but offered to help chase the vendor.Since then, all we heard from Steve was that the vendor was genuine to resolve the matter but in fact no actual outcome had been seen. Our house is still significantly leaky since we settled in Oct 2022.

Winnie has been managing my rental property for over four years. She does excellent job in terms of looking for quality tenants, conducting inspection and even helped to get rid of fleas. Winnie responses to my query/request promptly and take care of both property and tenants' needs. I had experiences dealing other not-so-good property managers in the past. I am very happy to have Winnie as rental manager and won't hesitate to recommend her to anyone I know.

I know real estate agents get a bad rap, but it's genuinely been an absolute plesure working with Winnie, Steve, and the team at Forrest Hill Ray White. I've never seen a team work harder to sell a house. They made everything so easy and we couldn't be happier with the result they got us. Very nice guys are working here. Winnie and Steave helped me out with finding a new place to live in 2020 during pandemic. House they offered had a very good house owner and not picky at all property manager. No hustle, no regular house checks, or being too strict, etc. Once I couldn't get hold of property manager, but Winnie helped me out with that. Thanks guys and thanks for your recommendation letter!
