Our dog Amora stayed here for three nights over Queens birthday. She’s an anxious dog, but she was well cared for and came home very healthy and happy. The staff were friendly and we were very happy. We will definitely drop Amora off next time we stay in Rotorua.

My nearly 8 yr old dog Willy stayed here for 12 nights over the Christmas/New Year period. Has only stayed twice for a couple of days prior otherwise has never been at or stayed at kennels before. He was very happy here & in excellent condition when I picked him up. I was happy to hear he got on well with the other dogs & it was a pleasure to have him there. The staff are very friendly & my emails always answered when enquiring how Willy was doing.Thankyou so Much to Phil & staff for looking after Willy & giving me piece of mind. I’m sure Willy will be back real soon for more doggy company.Cheers & Thanks again :)Happy New Year :)

Great place for the pets. Staff very helpfull and carring towards all the animals in their care. This xmas break we had our 2 Cats there which we had to pick up earlier due to bad weather, Bimlers made no problem out of this and because we had given them plenty of notice, we only had to pay for their actual stay. Last year our 2 cats had such a great stay too. We can highly recommend Bimlers and will use them again in future.

We’ve been taking our dog here for 11 years , she’s always super excited to go and see Phil . She comes home very well looked after , we wouldn’t take her anywhere else . Phil is a dog lover himself and very accommodating. Would highly recommend. Cheers Tania and Chris

Used to take our dog here for 13 years , ( she got so excited to go see Phil) we now have two kittens . Phil and Erica went out of their way to help us with our girls special requirements . Always a nervous time to leave a beloved pet in the care of others but our nervous young whippet cross loves it here. She's happy when she arrives and happy when we collect her. She clearly spends quality dog time doing dog stuff.
