Only giving one star because I have to. Honestly what are this crowd on? when trying to attain information about stock levels should you really have to say the product size and colour 7 times in a conversation for the person on the phone to finally understand what you want? How hard is it to understand that you want board that is artic white????? We should be able to invoice them for the time lost just explaining a very common item that they carry. There are only two Carters branches that specialise in these products and you claim to be one of them - god help the other branches! We will be happily taking all our business to Laminex going forward because 'aint nobody go time for this'!.
