Excellent, brand new cars 2018 Toyota Corolla, with GPS, Bluetooth, Road speed limits lights. Nice, tidy car.Friendly customer service, once landed and ring them for pick up, they staff come very efficiently.Would definitely use again, absolutely no need to pay at least twice as much with the other companies.

I was super skeptical at first but had read overall positive reviews so went with this super good deal. They were legit and a not a big company which made me feel even better about giving them my business. Rented a small white vitz with super good mileage for $32/day for 9 day with unlimited mileage and phone charger included. Great service getting the car and getting to the airport, no hidden fees. We landed 2-3 hours late thanks to jet star— no issues with that. And they even were okay with me changing my return time because of that. Would definitely book with them again except I don’t think they’re in many places. This was very auckland

Terrible company to deal with. Our car broke down in Tauranga and they charged us $300 to come and replace it. I would advise never to hire a car from Yesaway New Zealand terrible communication and charging to replace a broken down car. We will be taking this further.

Wonderful service, awesome value. We hired a little Vitz for 3 days, near new and the most reasonably priced hire during our entire trip in NZ. Service was impeccable, we were slightly late returning but they held the shuttle for us and even guided us back to their office. Very caring staff and business.

I would advise Kevin and Hung Chiun JU, get in touch with me to discuss if he would like the review altered and I’m happy to work with Google and yesaway to reverse the review, but I suspect he won’t given the scam services they supply.

Great experience so far, booked car for 3x days due to Auckland flooding, flights got canceled and not required rental anymore.Applied refund on their mobile app on 28th/Jan morning and money was in my account on 29th/Jan. it’s soo great to see I don’t have to follow up or to do anything and refund was processed fast.I will for sure book again if I required rental car.Thanks Yesaway Team Auckland hope you all safe.
